Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount at bk992 is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be accepted. Whether you use bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer, the same minimum limit applies to all methods. So before making a request, make sure your withdrawable balance is ৳500 or more.
Yes, but the wagering requirement must be met first. Once you have placed bets totaling 15 times the bonus amount, winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable. For example, if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳18,000. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit and bonus combined.
At bk992, a standard withdrawal is processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. If your account is verified and no additional documents are required, the funds will reach your MFS or bank account within that time. Bank transfers may take slightly longer due to the bank's own processing procedures.
bk992's withdrawal service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether it's late at night or a Friday or Saturday, you can submit a request at any time and the same 15-minute to 2-hour processing time applies. The service continues on public holidays as well.

Bonuses & Offers
Slot games generally contribute in full toward wagering. Table games and live casino games may contribute only partially. To find out the specific percentages, check bk992's terms and conditions page or ask via live chat — the support team can give you the details directly.
Yes, you can cancel a bonus before the wagering requirement is completed. However, cancelling the bonus will also void any winnings earned with it. Only your original deposited funds will remain. To cancel, let the support team know via live chat.
Each bonus has a specific validity period that is communicated when the bonus is issued. If the wagering requirement is not met within that period, the bonus and any winnings earned from it are generally forfeited. So after claiming a bonus, check how many days you have to use it.
Your first deposit at bk992 earns you a 120% welcome bonus, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,200. Regardless of how much you deposit, the bonus will not exceed ৳15,000. Make your first deposit and the bonus will be added to your account automatically.
Wagering is the total amount you must bet before you can withdraw bonus winnings. At bk992, wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit. For example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 in total. After that, winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.
Deposits

Yes, Nagad is a simple and fast method. Select Nagad on bk992's deposit page, then send money to the number shown. Payments are typically credited instantly. You can deposit a minimum of ৳200 via Nagad, and there are no extra charges.
Slots & Jackpots
On a smaller budget, go for low-volatility slots — they pay out small wins frequently, so your balance lasts longer. Games like PG Soft's Fortune Tiger or Lucky Neko can be played at lower bet levels. With a larger budget, you can try high-volatility games, which pay out less often but can deliver bigger wins.
In a progressive jackpot, a small portion of every bet is added to a central prize pool. The more players who play, the larger the prize grows. Once someone wins the jackpot, it resets back to zero. Games like JILI's Jackpot Fishing include this feature.
Volatility refers to how steep the swings in wins and losses are in a slot. Low volatility means smaller but more frequent wins; high volatility means wins come less often but can be larger when they do. Choose your volatility based on your budget and patience.
Many slot games offer a demo or free-play mode where you can understand the game without using real money. It's a good way to try out new games. However, any winnings in demo mode are not counted as real. Whether a demo is available for a given game can be seen in the game lobby.
RTP (Return to Player) is the theoretical percentage of total bets that a game returns to players over the long term. For example, a 96% RTP means an average of ৳96 comes back for every ৳100 wagered — but this is an average across millions of spins, so results in any individual session can vary and it does not guarantee personal winnings.
